We recently paid a visit to West Park Academy in , where last year we donated a shed and craft supplies as part of our work with and -Wood-Recycling-261658393880504. The pupils have given the shed a lick of paint and we think it looks amazing! Great job!

Castle Hill local centre is the first of the commercial hubs being created for the growing community of Ebbsfleet Garden City. Simons Group is currently constructing 10,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space with 46 residential apartments above, with an additional ten town houses and associated landscaping and amenity space. Simons Group is constructing the scheme for Newcrest, who acquired the site from Henley Camland, the Master Developer of the entire area which comprises 6,250 new homes, schools, community space, commercial and all the associated infrastructure.

Fantastic news - Basildon Borough Council has announced Simons Group has been awarded the multi-million-pound contract to build a town centre cinema and retail units. Announced as the Council celebrates
its 70th anniversary, the project will be a major transformation for Basildon town centre. It includes demolition of existing 1950s buildings to make way for a ten-screen cinema for Empire, plus six retail units, with completion anticipated for October 2020. We are delighted to be working with Basildon Borough Council on such an exciting project for the town!

We're delighted to have been shortlisted for two British Safety Council awards as part of the Mates in Mind 2019 Impact Awards. Huge congratulations to Simons employee Alice Stone who has been shortlisted for her amazing efforts raising awareness of mental health issues in the workplace. Simons Group has also been shortlisted as an organisation for its continual work to highlight these important issues. Looking forward to the British Safety Council’s International Safety Awards Gala Dinner on Friday 5 April 2019.

Simons retail team recently completed a significant revamp of Liverpool’s Metquarter shopping centre, including extensive remodelling of the centre’s interior and an exterior makeover. The project also included a four-screen boutique cinema and restaurant space. Launched in 2006 as a high-end retail destination, Metquarter boasts tenants including Hugo Boss, LK Bennett, and Jo Malone.

Great news for our team on the Circle Birmingham Hospital project – the scheme has won a Considerate Constructors National Site Award. We can't wait to find out if it's a bronze, silver or gold - the awards ceremony takes place on 28 March in Manchester. Keep up the great work!
