Torksey Surgery Update

The Internet service has now been resolved therefore Torksey Surgery will reopen as normal tomorrow.

Torksey Surgery is still Temporary Closed

Dear Patients,

Unfortunately, our internet service at Torksey Surgery is still down. Our provider is continuing to work hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To make sure we can continue to provide services safely, our Torksey clinical team and reception staff will be working from Saxilby Surgery tomorrow.

If you have an appointment booked at Torksey tomorrow, please attend Saxilby Surgery at your usual appointment time.
Everything else at Saxilby remains the same.

Torksey Surgery Closed Today 24.2.2026

Due to ongoing internet outage Torksey Surgery is currently closed today. Our service providers are working urgently to restore connectivity, however at present we are presently inable to access clinical and appointment booking systems due to this we cannot operatesafely at this site.

All patients with appointments scheduled at Torksey today will be seen at Saxilby surgery instead. Please attend Saxilby surgery at your original appointment time unless advised otherwise.

Saxilby surgery is operating as normal and is not affected by the outage.

Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week
(Feb 2nd - 8th February)

If you've been sexually assaulted it's important to remember that it was not your fault. Sexual violence is a crime, no matter who commits it or where it happens. Don't be afraid to get help.

There are services that can help if you've been sexually assaulted, r***d or abused. You don't have to report the assault to the police if you don't want to. You may need time to think about what has happened to you.

NHS England is raising awareness of sexual assault referral centres (SARCs). Available across England, these specialist services offer practical, medical and emotional support to anyone who has been r***d, sexually assaulted or abused at any time in their life.

Individuals can call to book an appointment 24/7, and it’s their choice if they want to involve the police or report what happened.
