I’m inviting a limited small group of spiritual seekers to spend the day with me at my home for a sacred journey with the divine to discover their true purpose and learn how to live a life on their terms finding what inner peace and happiness really is 😊

I’ve put all the golden nuggets into one workshop that has not only helped me find my purpose and discover what inner peace is but my clients to for over 21 years 💡☺️

At the age of 30 I knew something needed to change, I was unhappy, burnt-out, everyday felt like a struggle to get through. Keeping busy was my best distraction, it prevented me from focussing on ME. I was hiding deep trauma from my childhood and put such a good show on for the world nobody would have known 🙈

The problem worsened with health conditions that floored me. Something needed to change.🤔

Chasing everything externally DIDN’T help; the holidays, cars and everything else. They were nothing more than short lived temporary fixes.

It was when I started to understand myself better, I found that living a purposeful life was what I was actually searching for, this came from within 💡

I began to listen to my soul the part of me that really knows my needs and desires (the part I had ignored for far too long).

I’m now offering this to you a 1 day immersive retreat with the beautiful heart centred Maddie West. The day includes;

We’re delighted to announce that our next date for our menopause and yoga retreat is Saturday 22nd March 25 all details are below).
