We've been a little quiet on here as both of us have been extremely busy with clients (which has been brilliant!!)

We just wanted to say thank you so much to all our regular and loyal clients for keeping us so busy and all our new ones for being patient when we've not been able to get you in straight away!

Hoping to get some time to post some useful content soon but in the meantime keep moving, eating well, hydrating and getting in that all important sleep! 💪

We have loved getting clients marathon ready this week for both Manchester and London. It's been 2 years since I (Bex) last ran London and I've had a bit of FOMO but am mainly full of excitement for you all. The hard work has been done - enjoy every second, smile every mile and visualise yourself running strong towards the finishing line.

Last day for me (Bex) as I start my 6 months maternity leave. Going to miss my clients SO much, thank you for all the support and kind wishes. (This day in my last pregnancy, during my last client, is when my contractions started - wonder how nervous my last client is today!).
Dan takes over from Monday next week, please contact us if you haven't yet got his details to arrange your appointment and I will contact you all early next year to book in for my return (mid- March).
I'll let you know when she arrives! 🥰
