Sports Therapy 2 You is open to all ages, fitness and work backgrounds. You can either be looking for improved muscular performance, injury rehabilitation, mobility or general maintenance from being sat down at work or driving all day. Sports therapy treatments range from massage, mobilization, posture analysis, specific injury regimes and rehabilitation. We include an original consultation, assessment and treatment plan for your specific needs.

Additional services Sport taping/strapping Benefits of Sport Tapes: • Play a positive role in proprioceptive feedback • Assisting in pain management and aids healing by limiting joint range of movement • Decreasing the effects of inflammatory by offloading pain producing tissues • Enhances blood flow and flexibility • Supports joints Please note that zinc oxide tape is one of the main tapes used for sport taping. Please seek advice on any allergies you may have on types of adhesives on this product. We suggest tape to be left on the applied area for up to 2 to 3 days. There is potential of allergy reactions within the 3 day period due to the adhesive. Injury Rehabilitation Have you recent been involved in an accident? Coming back from an injury? Still feeling pain from years ago? Sports Therapy 2 You can assess, treat and format a simplified rehabilitation programme to suit your injury. Giving you a 4 to 8 week step by step guide towards strengthening the specific areas of as well as advice of basic exercise equipment you can use.
