🎄 Christmas Eve at Roman Wharf🎄

What a lovely way to spend Christmas Eve! Our home was filled with smiles and laughter as residents enjoyed a festive bingo session, made beautiful Christmas crafts, and wore their wonderful sparkling crowns with pride. 🎨👑

With seasonal music playing in the background and plenty of cheer to go around, it was a truly special day shared together.

Moments like these remind us what the season is all about — togetherness, joy, and creating happy memories. ❤️✨

🎄✨ Festive fun has been in full swing this week at Roman Wharf! ✨🎄

Our residents, staff along with family and friends have been busy getting into the Christmas spirit with lots of arts and crafts, decorating delicious Christmas cakes, playing games and creating beautiful handmade wreaths. There was lots of laughter, creativity, and teamwork, and the results are simply wonderful!

Moments like these remind us how special it is to come together, share traditions, and make joyful memories. Well done to everyone involved — your festive creations have truly brightened our home! ❤️🎅

The festivities continued today as our wonderful residents enjoyed a lovely lunch followed by a fantastic performance of Christmas Carols by the very talented choir from Our Ladies Of Lincoln ⭐️ 🎶. We could not be more grateful for their time - safe to say that our hearts are very full and our amazing residents have continued singing and spreading joy with each other 🥹❤️

Today we have been feeling festive with homemade Christmas cards for our loved ones and the residents have enjoyed our Christmas nail salon. Don’t forget Christmas jumper day tomorrow! We look forward to seeing lots of you here in your jumpers!! 🌲

Here at Roman Wharf we have finished the week off right with a fun Friday of pampering, playing games, singing songs and enjoying some home made winter cookies 🍪

What a wonderful day we’ve had! Our residents, together with their families and friends, enjoyed a truly festive Christmas Craft Fair filled with joy and community spirit. 💖

From creative crafts and cheerful music to a delicious lunch enjoyed by all, the home was buzzing with smiles and laughter. Our tombola and raffle were a huge hit too — thank you to everyone who took part and supported us!

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing team and all who joined us for making today so special. Moments like these are what Christmas is all about. ❤️

Today here at Roman Wharf we’ve started the week right spending time playing games with loved ones ❤️

We have also spent the afternoon making Christmas cards for friends and family.

Time is precious, and we are certainly making the most of it together with plenty of love and laughter!

Today we embraced Children In Need with our wonderful residents 🐻💛.

We continued with an arts afternoon designing our pictures to add a splash of colour to our Friday.

The residents have enjoyed a match of balloon tennis with one another - colourful balloons have filled the home representing the spots of Pudsey the bear!

The weather might have been bleak today but safe to say there was no grey to be seen here at Roman Wharf 🌈

Today the residents have enjoyed an afternoon of games followed by some therapeutic colouring in and designing Pudsey Bear ahead of Children In Need tomorrow.

We’ve enjoyed a good chit chat exchanging stories and memories of our own children and how very loved they all are.

Our wonderful residents rolled up their sleeves today for a delicious baking session — Biscoff Puff Pastry Puffs!

The smell of warm pastry and caramelised biscuit spread filled the home, and there were plenty of smiles. Baking together is one of our favourite activities — it brings back memories, sparks conversation, and of course, ends with something sweet!

Our talented residents have been getting into the Halloween spirit with a fun (and delicious!) activity — creating and decorating their very own Spooky Gingerbread House! 👻🍬

With icing cobwebs, candy bats, and plenty of laughter, the creativity was flowing all around. The finished haunted house looks almost too good to eat… but we might just have to taste-test a corner or two!

We love seeing everyone’s artistic side shine — and it’s wonderful to share in the festive fun together. 🕷️
