This week I did something I have never done in all my years of giving treatments…I double booked myself! I had a lovely regular client all cosied up on the couch and another walked in the door!
I felt terrible for being so unorganised and letting the lady down and annoyed at myself that I had let it happen.
But we are all imperfectly human and when life is busy mistakes can be made.
I am finishing off this busy week with some meditation and deep breaths.

I’m still one of the most affordable therapists in the area. This isn’t because I’m trying to undercut others but because I want to be able to reach as many people as possible and because I have low overheads working from home I am able to.

I think this is the most relaxed I have been in quite some time.
This year has been about the breaks and holidays. I am blessed to have had savings to enable me to do this but I’m also aware I work hard for it too. Long may the adventures continue.
