FOCUS ON FRAILTY

The identification of frailty is a critical aspect of healthcare, especially for older adults. It involves recognising the signs of frailty and implementing strategies to improve the quality of life and prevent adverse outcomes.

If you have noticed a friend, family member or neighbour's mobility has declined lately then you can notify us via the link below. The practice will then carry out a review with the patients consent where appropriate.

FACE MASKS

We are requesting that patients wear a face mask when attending the surgery to help prevent the spread of Flu and the Sickness Bug that is currently circulating. Wearing a mask protects both yourself and our staff.

Masks are available as you enter the building.

Hearing Aid Batteries

The Health Center no longer stocks hearing aid batteries.

These can be obtained from the library situated in Tam Dalyell House.
