Lynda is a Chartered Physiotherapist who teaches Modern Pilates for Beginners and Intermediate level.

Chalmers hall classes:
Beginners classes in six week blocks costing £48
Intermediate classes £7 pay as you go
Zoom classes also available £6 per class
