Lynda Currie's Pilates Lynda is a Chartered Physiotherapist who teaches Modern Pilates for Beginners and Intermediate level.

Chalmers hall classes:
Beginners classes in six week blocks costing £48
Intermediate classes £7 pay as you go
Zoom classes also available £6 per class

Next week Friday Zoom is at the earlier time of 930am as I am away for the September weekend.
All other classes on as normal next week but please note No class 10am Monday 22nd September the following week.

I only have Monday at 10am on Zoom next week and then I am away to Madeira . 😎
First class after Monday will be Tuesday 9th at 930am at Low port.

All classes on next week but just to mention I am away on holiday in the first week in September 🥳😎
Low port Pilates Tuesday and Thursday at 930am and Thursday at 8pm plenty of space. Monday’s Chalmers hall at 730pm ( full).
Zoom Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am and Tuesdays at 7pm.
