What an exciting morning - we played soft tennis, as well as our usual table tennis, swingball, badminton, air hockey, skipping, aerobics and more.
Then we were visited by the Scottish National Cerebral Palsy football team, before they played against England. Our members were inspired by these talented footballers. They are playing again in Bo'ness tomorrow, Sunday 19th April. Please see photo for details - why don't you go along to support them?

Easter eggstravaganza fun at No Limits today! Archery, aerobics and skipping activities with Easter egg prizes. It was lovely to see such enthusiasm and energy.

We had great fun at No Limits on Saturday, trying our new beanbag game. Everyone was very competitive, young and old! We finished with an energetic, high scoring game of hockey

What a fantastic visit we had from Cool Creatures. We met a skunk, bearded dragon, tortoise, snake and millipede. Our more adventurous members allowed the bearded dragon to sit on their heads, and the snake around their necks.
