I’m delighted to say after a long week of learning, cramming & early morning runs (because they are good for the soul) I’ve successfully completed my Diploma in Functional Integrated Dry Needling after

Functional Integrated Dry Needling (FIDN) uses very fine sterile needles to target muscles and soft tissues to help:
Reduce muscle pain and tightness
Help with tendon-related pain
Relieve certain types of nerve pain
Improve movement and mobility
Support recovery from injuries

I’m really looking forward to bringing this treatment to help even more people move better and feel better.
