I'm Anna, I am a fully accredited and registered Clinical Psychotherapist with a Diploma In Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DFSH) and Hypnotherapy in Practise Diploma (HPD). I trained with the renowned Clifton Practise (CPHT) and I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS. Anxiety can have a range of psychological, physical and behavioural signs and symptoms. I use a modern, solution-focused approach based on neuroscience to encourage and support you to take the steps towards positive change.
