Back in treatment today. The beauty of peace of sleeping by Mount Fugi for 10 days will not leave me for some time. I feel truley blessed. 🙏☺️

A little break.. How important it is to give ourselves a moment to breath and take a little break. Even if it's 30 mins in the gym, some stretching in the morning or short walk as I did to the beach tonight, only to find the most stunning view. A little break gives us time to shift perspective and helps us to find our centre again. 🧘‍♀️☺️.
