And we are not even in our Hewshott Haven yet! Thank you to the gorgeous members of our community who nominated us 🙏. You know who you are! You are valued and I am grateful for you all. Also so appreciative of our wonderful growing team of fabulous classically trained Pilates teachers. I am excited to share with you our move into extended realms of wellness in this new tranquil and utterly peaceful space. We are so very lucky to have the ultimate in Wellness facial treatments with Makiko, honouring us with her highly sought after cosmetic acupuncture treatments. We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of Sublime Wellness, a tranquil sanctuary designed to nourish your mind, body and spirit. Evolving from Sublime Pilates, we are embracing a broader vision of holistic wellbeing. Alongside our popular Classical Reformer classes, we will now be
offering mat Pilates, breathwork, yoga, barre and a range of nourishing therapies from acupuncture to massage, reflexology and more. Our beautiful new space at 1 Piggery Mews, Hewshott Lane, is a serene escape where your
wellness journey can truly flourish.
Join us as we grow and evolve. All classes will continue as usual until 1st April, when we open the doors to a brighter, more inspired Sublime Wellness.

Nr. LISBON… THE SUBLIME MOVEMENT & WELLNESS RETREAT 2025 will evolve into something even better in 2026. Dates confirmed are 13th-18th October 2026. Limited places. We found movement, tremendous growth in our practices, strength, freedom from pain, stillness, tools to help us deal with the stress and busyness of life but most importantly we found STILLNESS; time for ourselves to reflect and contemplate our next life chapters.
