Another excellent year comes to a close. in 2019 we have supported clients during all phases of the procurement process for 15 isolators containing all manner of processes and process equipment.

We have provided the full range of services from concept design, spec. writing, purchasing, design review to testing and operator training .

Thank-you to our end users, engineering partners and equipment vendors who, by adopting a team approach, have made the projects such a success.

Very successful FAT on a dispensing isolator at Telstar. Very few punch list items. A well executed pre-FAT made the process very smooth.

Another successful year is coming to a close having worked on some really interesting projects in both sterile and non-sterile production, pharma research and manufacturing and consumer health areas.

Products varying from ADC payloads with OELs of 1ng/m3, cytotoxics, carcinogens, skin sensitisers to toothpaste.

Projects including concept and detailed facility design, containment strategy development, equipment design and specification and procurement support, FAT and SAT support, containment testing, operator training, containment awareness training.
