With the New Moon and Solar Eclipse on September 21st, the ascending will experience powerful breakthroughs in this planetary occurrence, releasing more of what no longer serves a higher purpose, many are about to experience new beginnings and chapters in life.

Out dated patterns, internal and outer world structures are rapidly breaking down and dissolving, creating space for incoming earth changes. The internal process of releasing, purging and clearing is providing the necessary foundation for conscious evolution, self stability, in a higher conscious alignment.

People are falling away from our reality, we are being magnetically drawn to those who are in alignment with our souls divine purpose. In the past, the ascending attracted others to replay their traumas and learn lessons, now they will begin to attract those who are truly meant to be in their lives.

So many relationships, family ties and long time connections are currently in chaos and emotional pain. The split between those embodying love and those still living in fear is very real. We are seeing some people we have known and tolerated for years now on a completely different wavelength. Literally.

We no longer have any common ground and our differences are greater than the karmic bond that previously held things together. This is all a natural unalignment of energy. The quantum process of realignment. Like energy attracts and unalike energy repels.

As the energies of higher and higher frequencies continue pouring in to the planet, those who can absorb the light are no longer in alignment with those who cannot. This global shift is taking place on a very physical level. Those we no longer resonate with are literally vibrating out of our fields as we align with differing levels within altered dimensions

While we may still be aware of their presence on the planet, the energies ensure paths no longer cross. This is the physical shift splitting 3D and 5D being created in our individual reality

Each colour of the rainbow holds its own frequency. As each person does. Purple is never going to touch Red. No matter how we try to bend the spectrum of light or life.

It’s not just about cutting ties with the people that hurt you. It is equally as important to cut ties and break free from the version of You that allowed this to continue.

Fear is the only thing that separates us from Love. In the absence of fear, the only thing that remains is pure, unconditional love.

The splitting of the 3D and 5D timelines is complete. Many will now notice who is choosing to rise up and who is choosing to maintain their 3D lives. The one’s choosing Evolution (5D) will notice disharmony and discord when interacting with those running patterns of Duality. They will choose to remove them selves from connections that want to keep them locked into a false 3D paradigm.

The purpose for being here on Earth at this time is to raise the planetary vibration, raising consciousness, to positively contribute to the human experience, to expand in the higher potentials and possibilities for all of humanity.

This Virgo New Moon and Solar Eclipse is resetting our planetary System. This is a Quantum Turning Point and Reset of Expression and Truth. The Throat Chakra is highlighted and activating in many ascending. The collective expression is focusing on what is True in themselves and in this world .

This Eclipse is activating a powerful reset to restructure earth’s new timelines. This eclipse will highlight and bring to the surface what is out of conscious alignment, highlighting truth. The physical is releasing the burdens of past cycles that are now ending.

During this Solar eclipse, the energy of Karmic Contracts dissolves, making way for a higher alignment with truth. As the veil is lifted and clarity emerges, it is wise to trust that what is revealed is in harmony with the path your soul is urging you to follow at this moment.

Consciously expanding in this cosmic shift activates profound insights and opportunities for growth as you navigate through this transformational phase. Trusting in higher self and the universe, remaining open to the guidance that surfaces as you step into a new chapter of your journey.

Love your heart …
Stress and hormone imbalance can play a part in creating high cholesterol and heart disease. This is a particular risk for Type A personalities, who have a tendency towards aggression and impatience. These emotions create stress in the body and since stress is inflammatory, it affects hormone function and the production of cholesterol. That’s just one good reason to avoid feeling angry, resentful and impatient and to train your mind to focus on calm and peace instead. Just think how much hormone disruption and high cholesterol is being created in humans who watch “The News”, which often makes people angry, not to mention the other low vibration emotions of sadness, depression and hopelessness that “The News” disseminates daily. These emotions lower your immune system and lead to disease and mental health issues. It seems there is another meaning to the phrase “No news is good news”, as no “News” is good for your physical and mental health. No wonder more and more people are no longer watching “The News” and then commenting on how much better they feel. Reflexology relieves stress and balances the endocrine (hormone) system. Therefore, regular reflexology treatments may help prevent the development of high cholesterol and heart disease. If I had a choice between taking reflexology sessions on a regular basis with their deep relaxation and myriad health benefits, including reducing stress and unhealthy cholesterol production, or statins on a regular basis to control cholesterol production with their potential to create negative side effects in the body, I know which option I’d be choosing. I’d also be switching off the TV.

Delighted to have acquired my certification as a Transpersonal Therapist from the Irish Centre for Transpersonal and Shamanic Studies after a lot of studying and diving deep into the psyche of self and others.
