After popular demand from our first event, we have decided to put on a Christmas special which will be a mix of hatha yoga, cacao ceremony, meditation and Christmas crafts to get us in the mood for the festive season and bring some calm into our lives before the Christmas madness begins. Come join a like-minded bunch of ladies for some much needed me time ❤️
