After popular demand from our first event, we have decided to put on a Christmas special which will be a mix of hatha yoga, cacao ceremony, meditation and Christmas crafts to get us in the mood for the festive season and bring some calm into our lives before the Christmas madness begins. Our Sisterhood Circle is a sacred and supportive space where women come together to feel safe, seen, and inspired. It’s a chance to pause from the busyness of life and connect heart-to-heart in an atmosphere of compassion and authenticity.

As we sip ceremonial cacao, the drink of the heart, we allow its gentle energy to open us up to love, joy, and connection. With uplifting, positive music guiding the flow, we’ll share in setting our intentions for the month ahead — aligning with what we truly want to invite into our lives.

You’ll then be guided through a chakra-opening meditation, designed to balance your energy, release what no longer serves you, and leave you in a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.

It’s an evening of stillness, sisterhood, and soulful connection — a moment to realign, restore, and remember the magic within you. 🌙
