What a week in class...lots taking on my 7 week challenge..2 lovely members reaching their happy weight..one was camera shy but Ailish was willing. She was just delighted to recieve her wee award.
I have quite a few on the verge of reaching target...watch this space!!

Midterm break didn't stop my members coming along to class this week. They are all looking forward to my 7 week challenge which starts next week . You too could join in..its amazing what you could achieve in those 7 weeks. Average weight loss for members who joined last week was 5.5 lbs. All class times in comments. These are just a few of my members that have reached their happy weight by following the WLS food plan...I'm.in there too!! We have not only lost weight but we are keeping it off. They have all learned to think about nutrition rather points etc. As you can see...that has worked well for everyone. So...how many of you are putting off doing something about that extra stone or 2 that has crept on? What are you waiting for? JANUARY? Did you not say you were going to do something about it last January? I had 7 members join last week and had their first weigh in this week...Between them they lost
2st 11lbs. Do you think they regret not waiting until January.? They are going to have lost at least a stone by then..just sayin! Why not join me next week and get started. All class times and venues in comments.

Good morning...one of my lovely members posted this in my closed group...what a wake up call to everyone in there. Have you ever wondered how that extra stone or 2 crept on over the past couple of years? Theres the answer!...all you need to do to lose weight is to have a calorie deficit. With my food plan you don't have to count every calorie you have eaten as I have done that for you..you simply select foods from a list of all the different food groups so that you get the healthy balance of nutrients...you still have time to lose a stone before Christmas if you put your mind to it!! Just sayin!
