Silver Cloud Care NI are recruiting on behalf of a client and their family for a Specialist Team Lead in Enniskillen to manage an established team of 25+ carers, providing one-to-one support within the family home.

✨ What you’ll do:
• Lead and support an experienced care team already in place.
• Manage daily rotas and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee high-quality care delivery, including medication management (e.g., epilepsy) and behaviour support plans.
• Work closely with the family and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure the highest standard of person-centred care.
• Encourage teamwork, continuous improvement, and a positive care environment.

💡 We’re looking for someone who:
• Is caring, calm under pressure, and an effective communicator.
• Can lead, organise, and motivate a team confidently.
• Uses initiative to find practical and creative solutions.
• Pays close attention to detail and maintains accurate records.

⭐ Desirable experience:
• Supervising or managing care teams.
• Full driving licence.
• Nurse, nursing experience, or senior carer experience or organisation skills.
• Experience with hoists and mobility equipment.

💷 Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience

🌟 Winter Warmers Are Back! 🌟
We’re delighted to share that Asda has brought back their £1 Winter Warmer Meal Deal to help support older people during the colder months ❄️
From 1st November to the end of February, anyone aged 60+ can enjoy soup, bread, and unlimited tea or coffee for just £1 in Asda Cafes nationwide 🫶
It’s not just about a warm meal — it’s a lovely chance to meet, chat, and stay connected this winter 💬☕

We're bringing back the Winter Warmer £1 meal deal in our Asda Cafes to support older people during the colder winter months.

The meal deal is available from November 1st until the end of February and offers people aged 60 and over the chance to enjoy soup, bread and unlimited tea and coffees for just £1 in Asda Cafes nationwide.

Our community champions are also inviting and encouraging many local over 60s groups and individuals to use the £1 Winter Warmer meal as an opportunity to come and chat to others. Last year, Asda’s Christmas community tracker laid bare the lack of human interaction and conversations millions of older people suffer in the run up and during the festive period, with one in 10 not sure they will speak to anyone between December 15th and January 1st and one in 10 over 60s said they’d gone to a supermarket simply to speak to another person.

Jordan Cummings, Buying Manager, Cafes and Concessions at Asda, said: "We know winter is set to be incredibly hard for thousands of pensioners as they continue to worry about how to keep themselves warm in the face of rising living costs and on a fixed income. Last year alone we sold over half a million meals showing the vital need for this initiative. We hope the Winter Warmer meals will continue to be just as impactful as last year across the winter months for those who need it most."
