Timed to end with our summer solstice - the day where the sun symbolically is at the height of its power ☀️

A little about my journey…

On 14th February 2024, I, along with 7 other yoga teachers, was awarded my 500 hour Pranayama Teacher Certificate. This is the first of its kind in this tradition - a tradition rich in over 120 pranayama practices! It has been a 2 year journey, involving weekly on-line classes, detailed daily sadhana and 2 ashram stays - in Wales ‘23 and Pondicherry, South India ‘24.

During the workshop on April 13th, using a series of practices and reflections, l’ll take you through some of my experiences in the ashram.

You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated and perhaps even more curious about the ‘whole’ of yoga as, not just a daily, but a lifetime sadhana.
