Whether you're a seasoned crawler or a first-timer, make sure the night is memorable for all the right reasons. Here's a quick guide:

1️⃣ Buddy Up: Stick together and look out for your mates. Safety in numbers is a game-changer!

2️⃣ Hydrate in Between: Alcohol + water = a winning combo. Stay refreshed, and your body will thank you.

3️⃣ Plan Your Route: Know the stops, set meeting points, and share locations. Seamless navigation = seamless fun.

4️⃣ Trust Your Instincts: If something feels off, it probably is. Speak up, and don't hesitate to ask for help.

5️⃣ Designate a Driver or Use a Taxi App: Getting home safely is non-negotiable. Plan ahead for a worry-free night.

6️⃣ Look Out for Each Other: We're all in this together. If a friend seems off, lend a hand. Real friends watch each other's backs.

Let's make every pub crawl an epic adventure filled with laughter and unforgettable memories. Cheers to good times and safety!

Our Steps to Cope Manager Colleen & member of our young persons SPEAK group Molly were invited to deliver a Dragons Den style presentation to "dragons" from the Department of Health along with 8 other organisations earlier this month.
Competition was tough but we were delighted to be awarded funding which will support the development of the SPEAK group. A huge well done to all involved πŸ‘πŸ‰
