Today is Employee Apprecation day and we celebrated with a few tasty treats.

We want to take a minute to thank every member of our team in Woodgrove for their hard work and dedication. Our colleagues show all our amazing residents love, compassion and endless kindness everyday and this is something we are extremely proud off.

They each provide care and comfort to our Residents and their families, this is often seen in the chats, smiles and little extras daily. These are the bits that make a big difference and show our standard of care.

So Thank you one and all for helping to make Woodgrove a happy home and work place.

Our manager Zoe, is raising money for Air Ambulance in memory of her friend Pete who tragically passed away at Christmas. If you have a couple of spare pound and are able to donate to this fantastic cause it would be gratefully received. Well done to Zoe and all taking part in this amazing fundraiser for a very worthy cause.

Big Thank You to Eurospar Lagan Valley for the beautiful and very tasty Easter Hamper they donated to us for our Raffle. £1 per ticket and all money is going to our Resident Comfort Fund to help provide more fun entertainment for everyone. Today a lovely lady called Ruth called at the door to give us these beautiful lap blankets that she had very beautifully knit. Everyone loved them and thought it was a very kind thing to do. Thank you again for the lovely gift Ruth 💖💖

Last week we had a lovely Valentines tea party, big thank you to James for singing for us. We had a lovely afternoon with lots of sweet treats as well.

Wow a day full of food and fun in Woodgrove today 😋😋 first we celebrated pancake Tuesday with homemade pancakes and lots of delicious toppings. Then we finished off the day celebrating Chinese New Year with a yummy feast of curry, sweet and sour, spring Rolls, prawn toast and prawn crackers 😋😋 think it's safe to say its full tummies all round today.
