Thank you to Charlotte and Sarah, who organised afternoon tea and an arts & crafts activity yesterday for Mother's Day. This was a great success and enjoyed by all who attended. Wishing all the staff, residents, and page followers, a very Happy Christmas.
Thank you to everyone who visited our home and left very generous gifts for staff.
Thank you to those staff who are working tonight, and those who will be working on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and night duty. A special thank you to the members of staff who volunteered to work on Christmas Day. This is very much appreciated.

Thank you very much to night staff, Sarah, Chloe and Ashleigh, who took the time and effort to decorate our home for Christmas. As well as the small forest of beautifully decorated trees, there are window decorations, Christmas characters, moving snowflake lights, banners, and other touches like the snowflakes on the dining room tables, (and many more not included in the photographs). The home looks very festive and your initiative and efforts are very much appreciated.

El Shammah Residential Home has a position available for a
Senior Care Assistant. Applicants must have at least six months experience in a caring role in a residential home. Duties include medicine administration, supervising shifts and record keeping. 26 to 35 hours per week. Rate of pay to be confirmed. The successful applicant will have up to four weeks training and supervision for medicine administration and shift supervision. (A position is also available for a Care Assistant. These decorative, delicious, Halloween doughnuts were left into the home for staff, by the family of a resident. This was very generous and thoughtful. Thank you very much again.
