My Dear Child YOU! were born with Warrior Blood in YOUR Veins.

Inside each strong woman is potentially a vulnerable little inner child who needs to be reassured from time to time by the Warrior Woman pumping blood into her veins.

This beautiful little inner child may need introduced (perhaps for the first time) to the strong woman who walks with her every step of the way.

The woman who gets her, who has knowledge and understanding of what’s it’s like to feel vulnerable.

Who also has experience of the world,
Who pumps love, strength, reassurance, bravery, courage, through those same views.

Who brings love multiplied from all the ancestors of women who came before this little girl arrived.

Yes YOU!,
I really do mean YOU!

At times this little girl may rise to seek reassurance from YOU!

Especially when she forgets her strength and feels vulnerable to the happenings around her.

Happenings reminding her of past feelings and experiences, of making her doubt her confidence, her abilities, her strengths,
her way of walking through the world.

And, today could be the day.

If by chance you can resonate with this post,
Introduce your wise and wonderful warrior self to the little child within.

In the first instance, it’s useful to find a photograph of the little girl within you, you’ll know the photo to choose.
Trust yourself.

Tell her every day,
just how bloody amazing she is, and how amazing you are.

Tell her everyday, just how much you will protect her and keep her safe.
You Can do this.

Because YOU!
Brave lady, after all your life experiences, have now the right to call yourself a Warrior Woman.
Protector of all the fearful places within.
