MAKE the TIME.....
Don't put off tomorrow what you can do today.....
I hear this all the time....
I don't have time to exercise....
How much Space do take up in your own life?
Do you think someday I will start that programme...
What about right now, planing the seed of treating your body like your most powerful asset. Have a clear plan, a plan that everything starts to shift in a positive direction!
Self-acceptance before self-improvement!
Confidence and self-worth dosn't come from the cosmetic counter, it starts with how you feel about yourself!!
When you don't exercise and self-care it affects how you sleep, how you breathe, how you see yourself.
It shows up in your everyday life, that tightness in your chest, exhaustion, aching shoulders, a nervous system that never feels totally relaxed. Your seem to go on automatic and your Moods rule the day!
Menopause, life circumstances, health. grief can sometimes show it's self in your body, in the form of illness, fatigue and stress.
In Class or online I explained we are not training for a six-pack we are moving, Stretching, and breathing to age well, and have a good quality of life.
You want to age well and die young! 😊
Maybe your life is built around everyone else, now its time for you!
What you do daily is the future you, it ripples through every part of your life.
Everything you are looking for is also looking for you!
It's not what you think you are thats holds you back. It's what you think your not!
Your body is a instrument of your mind...
Your mind controls your results....
Bring more of you to the surface of your life...
Your thoughts are a strong energy, just dont believe everything they tell you....
