If you’re staying away from home in self-contained accommodation, make sure that you’ve got some essentials with you including plasters, paracetamol, antiseptic, and order enough of your regular medication from your own GP ahead of your stay away.

The August bank holiday is fast approaching. If you, or someone you care for, requires repeat medication please make sure you have ordered any prescriptions by Monday 23rd August to ensure you have medicine during the bank holiday weekend.

Be prepared for the bank holiday weekend by stocking up on self-help items, like plasters, ibuprofen and a thermometer – these can be bought from a pharmacist or supermarket.
