Twas the Full Moon before Christmas ✨️
What a beautiful way to finish my yoga offerings for the year with my incredible co-hosts Bronnen + Jess and another magnificent gathering of women who joined us
There's an old Scottish word 'coorie', which means to embrace the elements outside and then embrace getting cosied up + hunker down afterwards. And that summed up our night perfectly. Nature provided some pretty hooligananic rain, a flooded field of fun and some whisks to be whacked with, which was sandwiched perfectly by a supportive + introspective cirlce with Bronnen, sauna gold + giggles provided by Jess and some deeply restorative yoga by me wrapped up in the yurt with the fire burning hot. At one point it was like being inside a drum with the rain beating hard against all sides of the yurt, creating the most magnificent natural soundscape. And the moon shone bright intermittently between the clouds like a
