Morning everyone! The practice was meant to be closed this week for the installation of new IT systems. However we have been let down by Openreach and this is not happening 😞. We are therefore open as usual this week including Saturday morning and have appointments available for eye examinations, contact lens checks and MECS 😀. Bank Holiday 19th September 2022.

We wish to offer our deepest condolences to His Majesty the King and the Royal Family. We join the UK and the rest of the world in mourning the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. She committed her life to the nation, and she will remain an inspiration to many.

With the Queen’s Funeral taking place on Monday the 19th of September and the date now being a Bank Holiday, Andrew Keirl Opticians has decided that, with respect to the occasion and to allow our team to witness the funeral, the practice will be closed on that day.

We will be open again as usual on Tuesday the 20th of September.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.

Queen Elizabeth has been reassuring constant throughout our lives, demonstrating an inspiring sense of duty and commitment.

Our thoughts are very much with the Royal Family at this time, as the country comes together to pay tribute and remember Queen Elizabeth II.
