So as it has now been over a year since i had a massage for my back, neck and shoulders i have powered through with these lifesavers
💚 spikey massage balls - these are amazing for getting into the knots in your back. I place the ball between me and a wall and roll it on the area its needed, if it feels particularly sore or tight ill hold it on that area till i feel it slightly or completely melt away. I highly recommend these all the time so they are there to help if you cant get a massage.
💙 Deep blue oil or rub - i use the oil if i have a tension headache caused by the tightness in my shoulders it is soo soothing also fantastic for migraines and i use the rub on my whole back or just the areas needed at the time it has a cooling and a warming sensation its feels great. It gives you that, you know its working sensation, just sooo relaxing. Great for soothing muscles after a work out or also growing pains 👍
I would also do hot and cold therapy if needed something i also recommend all the time to start with if you don’t have the above
Another fantastic thing i have started is supplements, shown below LLV (lifelong vitality) iv been taking them since mid January and they have made such a difference in my overall wellbeing i have more energy ( after a lockdown slump) less brain fog, i seem to be a lot more focused and hardly any of those usual aches and pains i normally get I’m just amazed by the difference.
