I use a Person Centred approach which means I am non-directive and don’t give advice but will help you to explore what might have brought you to this point in your life by gradually unpicking the problems which can sometimes feel overwhelming. Together we will work out what’s important to you and what you want for your future. I am curious to know how life is in your world, and I am happy to work at a pace that is right for you. It’s important to me that you are not only heard but fully understood and accepted. “The curious paradox is that when I can accept myself just as I am, then I can change” Carl R.Rogers. I am fully qualified and experienced, having worked for several years in a general practice agency, I have come across and worked with most problems that people face, including domestic abuse, self esteem issues, anxiety and depression, loss, (in all its forms) relationships, anger, self harm, this list is not exhaustive and I am happy to work with whatever my clients bring.
