🌳Two night stay in beautiful Apple Store Cottage, set in 25 acres of rolling Cornish meadows
☀️Our warm, west-facing studio with underfloor heating and original features from our 1600s farmhouse
❤️Two group Pilates classes suitable for all levels, with no more than 6 people in the class
💪A 20 minute 1-to-1 session to improve your technique or challenge your limits
🧘Gentle stretching and guided relaxation
🌻Mindful walks learning about land regeneration
🐴Meeting rescued donkeys, ponies, and chickens, getting hands-on with feeding and collaborative care
