This creature was found dangling off the ceiling to my table last year, but the concept of it came up in a tapping session this morning.

When we have an experience that causes guilt or shame we tend to carry it and berate ourselves as if it makes up the whole of us.

Tapping with a client this morning, a beautiful puzzle analogy came up, and we were able to focus on a PART of them that was struggling.

The part looked like a parasite in a petri dish, which reminded me of this bug. My client had their moment of clarity and a puzzle piece slotted into the jigsaw.

Note to self - I do not need to solve my whole life in one hour/session/day - but I can make progress in the same time.

But seriously - can anyone solve this puzzle for me and name the bug?!?

WOW!!

I have just almost cried laughing in excitement (in public! 🤦🏻‍♀️) watching an interview with Jessica Ortner and Dr Peta Stapleton talk about the research behind EFT.

The impact this simple tools has, is STAGGERING... One hour long tapping session showed an overall decrease of cortisol of 43%, with one participant showing a 65% reduction!!

Went to bed last night thinking we just got away with some waves of nausea...

Nope...

Midnight bath for my poorly boy while I changed the bed.

He handled it like a pro ("Not a noob!" - his words!) and I must say, as someone with leanings towards emetophobia, I'm pretty pleased with how I handled it myself too!

Using EFT Tapping to deal with my challenges has been a vital part of how I've been able to show up for him!
