Novo Communities / International Empowering Freedom from Addiction Bringing new life to individuals, peace to families, and hope to communities gripped by addiction.

In Santa Cruz, Bolivia, our residential community offers a 9-month structured programme to 23-men in recovery from addiction. The programme includes recovery groups, counselling, discipleship, work/skills training, and a gradual process of re-entry into the community. Our aim is to see Novō Santa Cruz become a context for equipping workers from elsewhere in Bolivia, and South America, who want to develop effective and sustainable recovery communities. We also operate www.novoadventures.com a motorcycle tour company that donates 100% of profits to help fund the charity.

What a joy to be able to deliver an Introduction to Christian Counselling & Addiction course to 37 students at The Episcopal University of South Sudan this week.

Please pray as we discern how we can best continue to equip these wonderfully gifted pastors, educators, and healthcare workers as they seek to respond to the trauma and addiction afflicting their people.

Esta semana tuvimos el privilegio de ver salir del Centro a Marcelo de la manera que deseamos que todos salgan, Marcelo estuvo 1 año conviviendo con nosotros y su proceso fue gradual. Hoy el esta trabajando como promotor de una empresa de golosinas y a salido a vivir con su familia. El esta asistiendo a la iglesia DCN y el es un fruto del trabajo previo que hizo ANCLA DE ESPERANZA, el trabajo en conjunto que hacemos hoy vemos que vale la pena ayudar al necesitado y ver vidas transformadas nos anima a seguir haciendo la labor que Dios a puesto en nuestras manos. Gracias por tu apoyo por sostenernos en todo tiempo y de toda forma. DIOS TE BENDIGA. MUCHAS GRACIAS DE PARTE DEL EQUIPO NOVO.

We are motivated by a desire to bring glory to God, new life to individuals, peace to families, and hope to communities.
