Why am I always banging on about these Ms of Nutrition?
These 6 pillars of holistic nourishment?
Well, as I gradually incorporated them into my life following my breakdown, my depression started to lift. My stress systems started to disappear. My body started to function again. And I eventually, after 6 months of intense research, support and intentional healing, I regained my glow, my energy, my health and my happiness.
It took me years to hone them into the ultimate science and woo woo blend that could heal others in a fraction of the time, but I believe that the Elements of Nutrition of that created (they all begin with M, hence the "Ms of Nutrition" that they go by, these days) cover ALL bases of daily and long term wellbeing.
Microbiome: when they're varied, balanced, in an optimal environment and well fed, our gut (and other) microbiomes manufacture everything we need for optimal physical, mental and emotional health. If you have attended any of my "Good Food, Good Mood", "Gut Brain Connection", "Vagus Nerve" or, in fact, any of my talks... you'll realise how passionate I am about starting with this before we can tackle ANY other health issues or stress resilience!!
