You don’t need to remove any clothing during a treatment, I ask you to find a comfortable place to lie. get comfortable somewhere you won’t be disturbed or interrupted. If you can please be visible on zoom but this isn’t essential. Relaxing music will be playing as I connect to the healing energy and throughout your session.

You will not have to do anything. It’s quite common to feel a range of emotions during and after Reiki, Relaxed and peaceful, Sleepy- you may fall asleep during the treatment, Emotional- some people may cry during a session as emotions are released.
