At MollyCare, we believe that independence is precious. We also know that for many families, the biggest worry isn't necessarily "care"—it's the "what if?"
We are proud to introduce a new approach for our local community: 15-Minute Well-being Calls. 🕒
Why 15 Minutes?
This service is designed for those who aren't yet ready for full-time care but want to stay safe and connected. It’s about peace of mind for families and a friendly, consistent check-in for your loved one.
What we focus on during these calls
💙A Friendly Face: A quick chat to brighten the day and check on mental well-being.
💙Home Safety: Ensuring the home is secure and comfortable.
💙Nutrition & Hydration: Checking there’s a fresh drink and a snack nearby.
💙Medication Prompts: A gentle reminder to help keep things on track.
Our Philosophy on Care: We believe that personal care (such as washing or dressing) requires time, patience, and the utmost dignity. To ensure we never rush these sensitive tasks, personal care is not included in our 15-minute well-being calls. We save that dedicated time for our longer care visits.

This means you can see in real-time when we’ve visited, read our notes, and see for yourself that your loved one is safe and happy. No more wondering or waiting for a phone call—the information is right there when you need it.
