Our team is doing their best to continue assisting patients during this time. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, particularly with our Reception staff.

Our phone lines are now back up. If you were expecting a call today, there may be a delay while our team works through the backlog caused by the earlier issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Some GP practices across Sussex, Surrey and Kent are still being affected by IT issues preventing them from accessing some clinical systems. We are aware this is causing disruption for GP practices and technical teams are working urgently to resolve issues.

GP practices are still open as normal, but some are experiencing issues with connecting to the internet. Please continue to contact your practice and attend your appointments as you normally would, unless your GP surgery contacts you directly.

Thank you for your understanding and kindness towards practice staff, who are doing their best to support patients during this time.

We apologise that we are experiencing issues with the NHS network, which means we are having problems answering calls, accessing medical systems, and retrieving information.

This is a nationwide issue and is out of our hands.

We will be doing everything we can to give you the best service possible, but would be very grateful for you continued patience and understanding.

Thank you.

It's starting to get a little warmer out and the pollen forecast is getting higher, so you may start noticing symptoms like itchy eyes or a runny nose.

A pharmacist can advise on over the counter remedies for hay fever and simple pain relief like paracetamol or ibuprofen can help with headaches and sinus pain.
