Our centres in Fitzalan Road and Clun Road, Wick provide tailor-made facilities for all our patients and easy access for the disabled. Our Doctors, Paramedic Practitioners, Nurses and Health care assistants offer a range of NHS primary medical services and enhanced services to give you access to a wide variety of clinicans and services. Our Fitzalan road centre also houses a Lloyds Pharmacy and Fitzalan Dental Practice.

A huge thank‑you to everyone who shared feedback with us throughout January. Your comments continue to shape the way we work, and we’re proud to see so many patients telling us they feel listened to, reassured, and treated with kindness by our team. 💙

Behind the scenes, January was a busy month: thousands of calls, appointments, home visits, and online contacts were handled by our clinicians and reception teams. Even on our heaviest days, the aim is always the same — to make sure every patient feels supported and receives the care they need.

Your feedback shows we’re moving in the right direction, and we’re grateful for the recognition of our staff’s compassion and professionalism. We’ll keep building on that throughout 2026.

Our surgery is closed for essential staff training this afternoon from 12 -5.30pm.

If you would like to speak to someone about test results or you are chasing a prescription, please call back when we reopen at 5.30pm.

If you have a non-urgent query, please speak to your local pharmacy. If your call is urgent, please call the urgent GP service on 01293 698088.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 999.
