Practice Merger Update:
✅ Our first major merger milestone has been completed, and we want to keep you informed about our progress.

Many people imagine a merger as a simple on/off switch. 💡In reality, it is more like merging lanes on a motorway—careful, steady, and coordinated. 🛣️Although we have begun moving into a shared lane, the full process takes time to complete safely and smoothly.

🪜There are several steps happening behind the scenes, including staff training, integration of clinical systems and streamlining of administrative processes. ✔️This work is progressing well, and we are continuing to make steady improvements each week. We will be transitioning to our new shared identity and logo very soon. 🩺

👭👬Over recent months, our teams have been working closely together to align our systems, policies, and ways of working. Our aim is to create a stronger, more resilient service that offers improved access, a wider range of clinical skills, and a more consistent patient experience.

👩🏻‍⚕️👨‍⚕️Throughout this transition, patient care remains our highest priority. You may notice some changes as our teams continue to integrate, but our commitment to providing safe, high‑quality care remains the same.
