Mindful Being Qigong will host their next 8‑week Mindfulness Now course begins Tuesday 17 March at the Holistic Hub — and it’s designed for real people with real lives, not perfect meditators.
This course is warm, practical, and totally beginner‑friendly — perfect if you’ve been curious about mindfulness but weren’t sure where to start. It’s designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and feel more present in your everyday life.
🌱 Why do it?
Because mindfulness isn’t about sitting perfectly still or “emptying your mind”.
It’s about learning how to meet your life with more awareness, steadiness, and kindness.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn simple practices that help you:

✨ Reduce stress and emotional overwhelm
✨ Improve sleep and restfulness
✨ Feel more grounded and centred
✨ Respond rather than react
✨ Create small pockets of calm in busy days
✨ Strengthen resilience and self‑compassion

These are skills you can use anywhere:
on the school run, at work, in conversations, while cooking, walking, or navigating tricky moments.
