Last week our lovely Yvonne visited to collect an amazing £300 donation that they had raised from a "Last Man Standing" Fundraising event.

She was even allowed behind the bar to pour a pint!

One of our very talented members Neil Bulpitt, has created a beautiful calendar for 2026, and through the sale of them he is raising money for both Cancer United and Cancer Research.

All of the pictures are illustrated by Neil and he also writes all of the information that goes along with it.

The Calendars will be available to purchase at the CUFITTER Gym and are just £9.99 (you can pay by cash, or by bank transfer, if you contact us office@cancerunited.org.uk we can provide payment details.)

They are a very local charity, coming from Angmering so really do make a difference to our area and the community within it :)

💜💛A Night of Celebration 💛💜

October 2025 marks a very special milestone for Cancer United - 10 years of the CUFITTER gym! So what better way to mark the occasion than with a huge celebration with live entertainment, where we recognise the efforts of all of the people who work so hard for CU.

The next meeting of CU Life Balance is TOMORROW! 📣

Our reimagined support group is aimed at bringing people together as they navigate life with and beyond a cancer diagnosis.

When: 14th October
Where: The Highdown Pub, Littlehampton Rd, Worthing BN12 6FB

They are open to anyone who has been affected by a cancer diagnosis, so do feel free to go along, they are a lovely and welcoming bunch!

We are so happy to be part of the brilliant Coming Out Of The Blue Festival at The Charmandean Centre on Sunday 19th October. We will be there talking all things Cancer United and we hope to see lots of you there!

The festival is a great way to discover and explore the many different ways to keep your mind and body healthy!

OUTRUNCANCER Angmering 2025! 🏃💜💛

We can't believe it's already been a week since our OUTRUNCANCER event!

As always, a huge Thank You goes out to everyone who volunteered both in the lead up to the race and on the day - these events truly could not happen without you giving up your time to make them run so smoothly!

A special thanks to the following:

Sainsbury's Rustington - who provided bananas and oranges as well as snacks for our Marshalls.
The Fox - Angmering - for allowing us to use their venue and grounds.
