Arun Wellbeing We are a friendly, impartial, & completely FREE service supporting people in Arun to make healthy lifestyle changes.

Our aim is to help you reduce your risk of developing health conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, & some cancers. Arun Wellbeing is a friendly, impartial, and completely FREE service that helps people living or working in the Arun District of West Sussex. We provide support for making healthy lifestyle changes that reduce your risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, and some preventable cancers. Our services include:

- Stop Smoking Support
- Weight Loss and Healthy Eating (including our WISE weight loss group)
- Alcohol Reduction Support
- NHS Health Checks
- Workplace Wellbeing Visits

That’s why this , we’re helping Bowel Cancer UK raise awareness of the disease, so everyone has the best chance of an early diagnosis.

Knowing the symptoms is important to help spot bowel cancer early. The earlier it’s found, the more treatable it’s likely to be.
