Cobblers Posture for Herniated Disc! This practice makes a MASSIVE difference if you suffer with your lower back! By learning forward in this particular posture you encourage the discs in the lower back to slip back into place like magic feeling instant relief after a session

There is alternate route to get in to the car park but please remember you do have the option of parking in Starbucks as long as you put your reg in the computer 🙏🙏

Directions if coming from Motorway turn right at the junction by Copy Lane Police station, pass copy lane police station on your right take the 1st exit on the mini roundabout, turn left onto Browns Lane ( go over hump bridge traffic light controlled) follow the road to the round about take 1st exit onto St Oswalds Lane follow road left onto Park Lane Road West until you come to The Park Hotel turn left at traffic lights pass the garage on left and take the slip road into car park! Hope this helps 🙏🙏

TO EVERYONE ‼️‼️‼️The Council have closed the gap in the middle of Dunningbridge Road…I am currently sorting this out with them and hope to resolve this as quick as possible!
I have spoke Starbucks who are happy for you to park there as long as you put your reg in the screen inside you can park for 90 mins until I can resolve this issue.
So sorry for this inconvenience I am out my mind with this as you all can imagine ‼️
