Do you ever catch yourself moving through life at full speed — ticking things off, rushing from one thing to the next — and then suddenly realise you haven’t taken a full, deep breath all day?
It’s wild how easy it is to get swept up in doing that we forget how to be.�
Even the practices that are supposed to nourish us — journalling, yoga, meditation — can start to feel like another thing on the to-do list.🙄
Lately I’ve been asking myself: what if slowing down didn’t have to be something we fit in when everything else is done… but something we built our months around?
Because when we stop, even for a couple of hours, we get to actually feel what’s been happening. We see what’s been working, what’s felt heavy, what’s quietly asking for our attention.
That’s really what inspired the Monthly Reset Ritual — not another class or event, but a pause point. A moment to exhale, reflect, let go, and reconnect before rushing into another month.🥰
It’s not about being productive or perfect. It’s about remembering that rest is not a reward — it’s a right!
