We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Aintree. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a vital role supporting both our service users and our care teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day.

💼 Your Role Will Include:
👥 First Point of Contact: Visiting new service users to complete assessments and introduce our service.

📝 Care Planning: Creating detailed, person-centred care plans tailored to individual needs.

🤝 Team Support: Working alongside the Care Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

✅ Quality Assurance: Carrying out spot checks, observations, and staff mentoring to uphold excellent care standards.

🚨 Emergency Cover: Stepping in to provide hands-on care in emergencies or staff absences.

📞 On-Call Duties: Taking part in our on-call rota (1 in 4 weekends and 1 night per weekday).

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in the care sector (supervisory experience preferred)

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding community care

Claire, our lovely carer, knew nothing about diabetes until two years ago when her son Corey was diagnosed. It was a challenging time for both of them, especially for little Corey, but watching this video reminds us just how incredible they are. Corey is a true little warrior, just like his mum. 💙

🌟 Carer of the Month – October 🌟
Congratulations to Mohammed Niknahad

Mohammed has truly gone above and beyond in his role. He has shown exceptional dedication and compassion towards his service users, particularly one individual he supports with daily living activities.

When his service user purchased ingredients, Mohammed took the initiative to prepare delicious home-cooked meals together with him — turning mealtimes into a fun, engaging, and meaningful experience. Mohammed even took the time to sew all of his service user’s aprons, knowing how much he enjoys wearing them while cooking.

His kindness, creativity, and commitment to person-centred care are an inspiration to us all.

Well done, Mohammed — and thank you for everything you do! 👏

🌺 Remembrance Day 🌺

On the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month, a minute’s silence is observed and dedicated to those soldiers who died fighting to protect the nation.

At 11am on 11 November 1918, the guns on the Western Front fell silent after more than four years of continuous warfare. The Germans called for an armistice (suspension of fighting) in order to secure a peace settlement. They accepted the allied terms of unconditional surrender.

The conflict had mobilised over 70 million people, left between 9 and 13 million dead, and as many as one third of these with no grave.

The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month attained a special significance in the post-war years. It became universally associated with the remembrance of those who had died in the war.

Originally known as Armistice Day, it was renamed Remembrance Day after World War Two to commemorate those who were killed in both World Wars.

We will remember them.

Lest we forget.
