Weโ€™re looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our team in St Helens. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a vital role supporting both our service users and our care teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day.

๐Ÿ’ผ Your Role Will Include:
๐Ÿ‘ฅ First Point of Contact: Visiting new service users to complete assessments and introduce our service.

๐Ÿ“ Care Planning: Creating detailed, person-centred care plans tailored to individual needs.

๐Ÿค Team Support: Working alongside the Care Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

โœ… Quality Assurance: Carrying out spot checks, observations, and staff mentoring to uphold excellent care standards.

๐Ÿšจ Emergency Cover: Stepping in to provide hands-on care in emergencies or staff absences.

๐Ÿ“ž On-Call Duties: Taking part in our on-call rota (1 in 4 weekends and 1 night per weekday).

๐ŸŒŸ What We Offer:

Previous experience in the care sector (supervisory experience preferred)

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding community care

We are proud to recognise Anypriya Thiyaa as our Carer of the Month for March.

Anypriya has demonstrated outstanding compassion, professionalism, and resilience in her role. In a particularly difficult situation, she was the one who found one of her customers after she had passed away. Despite the emotional impact, Anypriya remained calm and composed, handling the situation with dignity and respect while also supporting and comforting the colleague she was working alongside.

Anypriya was also one of the carers who regularly supported this customer, making a genuine difference in her care through her kindness, attentiveness, and dedication. Her efforts did not go unnoticed.
