Getting our amazing, strong, motivated clients back to what they love is always the goal.

‼️To do this we cannot just treat the condition, we treat the individual ‼️

In this case, this amazing woman was diagnosed with a grade 2 spondylolisthesis in her lumbar spine.

After trying various different techniques, she was very understandably upset as having a young child this was proving very frustrating being unable to be comfortable completing simple day to day tasks.

With an individualised assessment and graded treatment plan, this superwoman is now back doing everything she love.

We don’t do the hard work, our clients do, this helps empower them to take back control of their life.

Game changer for ACL Rehab!

Here’s a recent paper published that some of our staff have been involved in!

Quad strength is important when deciding not only when you can return to sport, but also gives us a good idea of when you can start running, jumping, changing direction again!!

Isometric strength can be reliably tested using a pull dynamometer, as tested against gold standard cybex measures.

Meet Joe!

Joe has been working with us since we opened our doors in 2022, he has various roles with us including:

Exercise Therapist: having trouble completing your assigned exercise programme? We have a gym in our clinic where Joe can guide you through. With experience is MSK and Neurological conditions, Joe has the depth in knowledge that can really make a difference!

Admin: Joe is one of our fantastic admin staff who is ready to greet you at the door, answer any calls and generally keeping us up to date!

Student Physiotherapist: Joe is currently most of the way through his Physiotherapy degree, giving him the ability to help advise on any queries you may have and steer you in the right plan to help get you back to doing what you love

Laura is a Senior Physiotherapist who also works in the NHS.

Laura has recently hosted the AACP Acupuncture Course at our clinic.

Laura offers various assessments and treatments such as soft tissue massage, manual mobilisations, acupuncture, exercise and@gym prescription and is looking to do a Pilates teaching course in the near future.

Laura has appointments available during the evening and also of a weekend to help if you wish to book an appointment around your work life.
