The hardest part of healing is realizing you’ve been stuck, trapped in a version of yourself that no longer feels like you. For me, that meant being overweight, lost in an unhealthy marriage, and disconnected from who I truly was. Healing didn’t start with a diet or a breakup, it started with honesty. I had to face every part of me: my mind, my body, my trauma, and my relationship with myself. Although I am not fully whole, I now understand how to step forward into self-love, and that meant dismantling who I thought I was in order to rewire who I am becoming. Growth came when I stopped choosing which part to fix and started rebuilding all of me
