I disappeared for a while so I could come back as me.

For a long time, I was living in a world that wasn’t mine. I didn’t realise at the time that the moments that hurt the most were signs, signs only I could act on.

Disappearing gave me the space to listen inwardly and finally allow my body the rest it so desperately needed.

And in the deepest part of my soul, the answers stepped forward.

So if this is you right now, and your soul feels heavy, find moments to rest. To simply be. And allow your truth to step forward.

I am grateful that I am here and stepped back into my calling, but this time it’s in a whole different way 🤍🌱🙏
