Hi so iv been suffering with mental health since I Carnt even rember and iv been through ups and downs and all tough there is alotof help out there and I'm sure if you are going through some of the same you will understand when I say it's easier said than done, your friends and family will tell you to get help I know, I have heard it all. So I have created this page for the beautiful city of Liverpool wer I have seen strangers pull together through some dark times, enemy's become friends. We are a wonderful united city so for the people struggling or who have been in the dark and feel alone I feel there should be a place wer we can reunite in unity.this page is here for anyone who wants to write about there experiences, worries or emotions without judgement
