We have to see action.

A quarter ❗️ of 17-19 year olds now have a probable mental health problem. This is a national emergency, and the UK government needs to treat it as one.

‼️‼️WE’RE DESPERATE‼️‼️
We need to raise as much money as possible to fund our Christmas activities, if you can donate prizes, vouchers, ask where you work or your favourite bar if they would be willing to donate a voucher for our raffles so that we can raise enough money for the children to have a fun Christmas. As many of you already know and understand, not all of our children are able to go to your average Christmas Grotto as the environment is just not sutible, we would really like to have our own grotto again this is year so that we can continue to facilitate for the children who are unable to go else where. We’d also love to be able to have a Christmas party, movie night, bingo session and lots more.

This Tuesdays coffee morning is all about Mental Health. As parents of children of additional needs its easy to let our own needs slide, but it's important that we look after ourselves too - after all you can't pour from an empty cup. Come along and we will share ideas and strategies to promote positive mental health for both yourself and your family...and there will of course be cake xx

To celebrate world autism day tomorrow is our parents and carers information event at the gorgeous palm house. This is a free event !!
We will be bringing together lots of support services and activity providers who you yourself can access without the massive waiting lists...
