Mindfulness Monday 🧘♀️🧠💗
Self-sabotage is something many of us experience, often without even realising it. It can show up as putting things off, doubting ourselves, or avoiding opportunities that could help us grow. While it might feel frustrating, it usually comes from a place of trying to protect ourselves, especially if we have faced challenges or setbacks in the past.
This Mindfulness Monday, we are encouraging you to pause and reflect. Are there moments where you might be holding yourself back? Becoming aware of these patterns is the first step towards changing them.
