Absolutely heartbreaking that Zoe’s Place will be closing by the end of the year 💔.
The impact on the families and the staff who work tirelessly to provide care, love & support to these families and their little ones will be devastating.
I have been working alongside over the the last 2 years to provide some much needed relaxation & wellbeing to the parents and carers, and I know from my own experience how important the lifeline of a hospice is and how much this service means to them💔😥.
