👨‍🍳 We’re back for round two!

Our NDIS Hospitality Workshop is running again, giving participants the opportunity to learn real-world kitchen and hospitality skills from a professional chef.

This hands-on workshop supports participants to build confidence, independence, and practical skills — whether for in-home use or as a pathway into study or employment in the hospitality industry.

• Hands-on cooking and hospitality skills
• Knife safety and food hygiene
• Following recipes and working as a team
• Building confidence and future pathways

What an absolute thrill to host our very first Hospitality Workshop! 🍽️

We had an amazing time cooking up a delicious menu — creamy risotto, freshly made garlic bread, and some colourful (and very tasty) cupcakes 🧁

🎯 Adventures with Dan & Austin 🎯

With the rain pouring down last weekend, Dan & Austin decided to keep things chill and competitive indoors! They grabbed a hearty breakfast and headed to the local RSL for a few rounds of darts 🎯🥓

Dan’s been secretly practising his shots, and it showed — he gave Austin a real challenge! After a few close games, Dan walked away the undefeated champ 🏆

Darts isn’t just fun — it’s also a great way to work on hand-eye coordination and even sneak in some mental maths! 🤓

Another one in the books! 😎

This time they explored the stunning Castle Rock Beach, taking in the beautiful coastal scenery 🏖️

Along the way, they were lucky enough to spot not one, but two water dragons 🦎

The adventure wrapped up with some tasty local fish and chips 🐟🍟 — the perfect way to end a sunny day.
